Jack Matthews

Jack Matthews currently serves as Chairman of Lodestone Energy since September 2021 and has held the position of Director at Chorus NZ Limited since July 2017. Matthews has extensive experience in leadership roles, including previous directorships at Plexure (August 2019 - October 2022), MediaWorks NZ (April 2016 - August 2021), Network For Learning (September 2013 - April 2019), APN Outdoor (2014 - November 2018), and Trilogy International (September 2014 - April 2018). Additionally, Matthews served as Chairman of Rewardle Holdings from July 2014 to May 2017, and as Director at Crown Fibre Holdings Limited (October 2010 - March 2017). Earlier career includes the role of CEO Metropolitan Media at Fairfax Media from March 2011 to June 2013, overseeing major publishing products in Australia. Jack Matthews holds a B.A. in Philosophy from William & Mary.
