Joyce Bolland

Joyce Bolland has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Joyce currently holds the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Chorus NZ Limited. Prior to this, they worked at Sprout NZ as a People Strategist & Manager, where they supported New Zealand founders and leaders in their growth efforts. At Canva, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Global Contingent Workforce, leading a team of recruiters and implementing a scalable hiring model. Earlier in their career, Joyce held various roles at Korn Ferry, including Account Director, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Senior Talent Consultant. Joyce also worked as a Senior Search Consultant at ConnectedGroup, specializing in recruiting senior-level HR professionals in the Asia region. Joyce began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Hudson, where they focused on HR roles in Hong Kong, Macau, and South China.

Joyce Bolland attended The University of Waikato from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Management Studies. During their time at the university, they focused on a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
