Currently serving at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Accident Compensation Corporation, Xero, and Chorus NZ Limited, Mark holds significant leadership roles, including Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at multiple organizations. With previous positions at Z Energy NZ, MFL Mutual Fund Limited, and Argosy Property Limited, Mark has demonstrated a solid track record in overseeing large investment portfolios and strategic decision-making.
