Mike Bell

Mike Bell has extensive work experience in the finance and asset performance field. Mike currently holds the position of Senior Finance and Asset Performance Manager at Chorus NZ Limited since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Openreach where they held various roles including Senior Finance Reporting Manager, Capex Controller, and Finance Business Partner, from September 2014 to December 2018. Before joining Openreach, Mike worked as a Senior Finance and Performance Manager at Chorus NZ Limited from August 2013 to April 2014. Mike also worked as a Project Financial Controller at Alcatel-Lucent from June 2010 to August 2013 and as a Tax Manager at Deloitte New Zealand from February 2006 to June 2010.

Mike Bell attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Commercial Law. In January 2009, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
