Moira Sweas has extensive experience in human resources and people management across various organizations, currently serving as the People Business Partnering leader at Chorus NZ Limited since September 2025. Previously, Moira held a pivotal role as Head of People Business Partnering and Advisory at ASB Bank, responsible for complex people leader and employment relations. Moira's earlier experience includes significant positions at The Nielsen Company, where responsibilities spanned HR Business Partnering for over 300 employees, leading talent management strategies, and enhancing employee experience. Moira also served as HR Director for Amplifon in New Zealand and Executed growth strategies through leadership roles in human resources throughout the Asia Pacific region. Moira completed the Activate Leaders Program with Global Women in 2019, showing a commitment to professional development and leadership excellence.
