Toni Gallot

Toni Gallot has had an extensive work history in various positions and companies. They started their career at Nova Group Japan in 2001 as a Trainer/Branch Supervisor/Instructor, where they conducted English conversation classes and specialized business and TOEIC/TOEFL classes. They were also responsible for supervising and managing the performance of instructors. After that, Toni worked as a Human Resources Manager at Nova Group Japan from 2004 to 2006, conducting behavioral interviews, seminars, and orientation seminars for new employees. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Recruitment and Human Resources Manager at Nova Group Japan, where they were responsible for final hiring decisions, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment activities.

In 2008, Toni joined Spark New Zealand as a Team Manager/Billing Specialist, administering performance reviews, sales management, and resolving complex billing inquiries for residential, business, and corporate customers. They worked at Spark New Zealand until 2010.

Since 2010, Toni has been working at Chorus NZ Limited, starting as a Contract Admin Analyst and processing payment claims, adapting processes, and providing support for the financial month-end process. They then moved on to become the Manager Contract Admin, leading the Contract Admin team responsible for payments to Service Companies. They fostered a culture of continuous improvement and delivered capability and capacity improvements. From 2021 to 2022, Toni served as an Operate Customer Project Lead, leading the operational delivery of the Pay System technology project and ensuring minimal defects and disruption to business operations. Currently, they hold the position of Worker Welfare Programme Manager at Chorus NZ Limited.
