Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Special Events at Chotto Matte, Carolina previously held the position of Director of Sales at Vine Hospitality and Corporate Director of Sales & Special Events at Chalet Restaurant Group. Notably, Carolina achieved significant revenue increases in private events and special events in prior roles, demonstrating a strong capacity for client relationship building and team management. Carolina's career began as an Executive Sales & Catering Coordinator at Confortel Isla Bonita, bolstered by entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Pizzeria / Bar Juan Pachanga.
