Martin Ding has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the fields of tech support and management. Martin began their career in 2005 as a Customer Support Engineer at Trend Micro, a leading antivirus software provider. Martin then moved on to work at \u601d\u79d1 as a Support Team Leader and later as a Support Team Manager for Cisco TAC, where they supervised the tech support center for Cisco Talos in the APAC region. In 2013, they joined Sonata Services as a Deputy General Manager, a position they held until 2020.
