Tom Lawton

Tom Lawton has held various roles in the fitness industry since 2012. Tom began their career as a Member Engagement Advisor at Life Time - Healthy Way of Life. Tom then moved up to Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager for the Heartland Area, and Senior Sales Manager for the Chicago Area. In 2017, they joined Chowly, Inc. as the Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for scaling the sales organization and building and implementing the sales process. In 2021, they joined Pavilion as an Executive Member.

Tom Lawton attended Judson University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a focus in Sports Administration.
