Duffey is the founder and CEO of Chptr, a role held since 2023. They previously co-founded and served as chairman of Tailgate Guys from 2020 to 2022. They have been a member of YPO since 2018, and served as the Alabama Southern 7 Engagement Chair in 2022–2023. Duffey earned a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University in 2006.
