Eugene Garnovsky, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Finance & Strategy at Chptr since February 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous positions including Director of Finance at Urby from July 2017 to February 2025 and Assistant Director of Finance at The St. Regis New York from July 2016 to July 2017.
