David O'Neil

David O'Neil has over 30 years of work experience in the hospitality and club industry. David began their career as a Trainee Manager at Orange Ex-service's Club in 1984 and later worked as a Food & Beverage / Stock Control Manager at the same club. In 1990, they joined City of Parramatta Ex-services Club as an Assistant Secretary Manager. In 1994, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Club Five Dock RSL, where they worked for nine years until 2003. Currently, they are the Group Chief Executive Officer of Castle Hill RSL Group, which includes Castle Hill RSL Club, Parramatta RSL Club, Lynwood Country Club, and C2K Fitness & Aquatic Centre.

David O'Neil obtained a Diploma in Club Management from Southern Cross University between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they pursued an Advanced Certificate in Catering & Hospitality at Ryde College from 1988 to 1990. In 1985 and 1986, they attended Orange College TAFE, where they earned an Advanced Certificate in Industrial Relations with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations.
