Devang Thakkar

Devang Thakkar serves as the Global Head of Christie's Ventures at Christie's since 2022, focusing on building a venture arm and collaborating with accomplished founders to innovate within the industry. With extensive experience as an advisor, investor, and board member since 2015, Devang previously held the role of Chief Product Officer at Better.com from 2019 to 2020 and played a key role as Vice President of Consumer Marketplace at Artsy from 2015 to 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing auctions, partnerships, and marketing to enhance platform growth. Devang's career began at Microsoft, progressing from intern to Principal Group Program Manager between 2003 and 2015. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business and Finance from the UW Foster School of Business, an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University, and a BE in Computer Science from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
