Toby Monk

Toby Monk has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Toby began their career as the Owner of Socac UK in 2000 and then transitioned to become the Director of Language Services Worldwide in 2001. In 2003, Toby worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Huntress. Toby then joined Change Accountancy and Finance Ltd in 2005, eventually becoming a Managing Consultant and later a Director until 2011. Since 2011, Toby has been associated with Christie's, starting as a Human Resources Recruitment Advisor and progressing to various roles such as Recruitment Manager, EMEA Recruitment Manager, Global Recruitment Lead, and currently serves as the Global Recruitment & Engagement Director.

Toby Monk received an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield University in 2018-2020. Prior to that, they completed a Ba Hons in Economics and Social History at the University of Kent from 1996-2000. Additionally, they hold certifications such as MHFA, Chartered Manager (CMGR), Measuring Company Culture, and CIPD.
