Paul Belitz

Paul Belitz has a strong background in bioinformatics and software development. Paul has experience working at ChromaCode, Inc. as a Sr. Staff Software Engineer and Staff Research Engineer, focusing on software development for PCR assays. Prior to that, Paul worked at Illumina in various roles in bioinformatics, contributing to the development of primary analysis software for sequencing instruments. Additionally, Paul has a Ph.D. in Computational Science, Mathematics, and Engineering from UC San Diego, where Paul focused on optimization algorithms. Paul has also been involved in research collaborations and software development projects during their academic years at UC San Diego and University of Washington.
