Ryan Dolack

Ryan Dolack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales and engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Inside Technical Sales at Chromalox since June 2018, Ryan excels in customer service and technical support while leading the western inside technical sales office through mentorship and proposal development. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Application Engineer, where responsibilities included supporting the Richmond sales office, conducting customer service surveys, and training new hires. Ryan began the career as an Application Engineer, focusing on customer service for the Chicago and Milwaukee sales offices. Prior to Chromalox, Ryan worked at Lamanna Landscaping as a Landscaper, delivering high-level customer service and leading teams in various landscaping activities. Ryan's engineering journey commenced with an internship at Alcoa, where tasks included designing machine guards and conducting material testing. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2017.
