Tom Samulski

Tom Samulski is an accomplished manufacturing process engineer currently employed at Chromalox since February 2019. Prior to this role, Tom served as Operations Manager at HEICO, overseeing assembly operations in an aerospace facility and achieving significant improvements in procurement and supply chain efficiency. Tom held the position of General Plant Manager at ProTech Industries, where Tom led a team of 100 employees to achieve record profits and revenue. As Operations Manager at Weiman Products, Tom enhanced EBITDA substantially by streamlining operating costs and launching numerous new products. Earlier in Tom's career, Tom worked as Operations Manager at L&W Engineering, where leadership contributed to increased profit margins. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University and an MBA in Operations from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
