Warren Weiner

Warren Weiner is a hands-on financial and operations executive with over 32 years of experience, including 30 years in the telecom industry. They served as Chief Financial Officer at Paratek Microwave (acquired by Blackberry) and SkyCross, and held various leadership roles at M/A-Com and Pacific Communication Sciences, Inc. Warren co-founded PCSI, where they contributed to the development of major wireless telecom systems, and led initiatives at several other companies, including Ethernom, Inc. and Dynamics Inc. They currently own WHW Consulting and serve as an advisor and acting CFO at WAVEARRAY ANTIFOULING SYSTEMS, LLC. Warren received both a B.S. in Economics and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, graduating with honors.
