Anders Ødum

Anders Odum is the Co-Founder of Chromologics, a company focused on providing natural, safe, and pure colorants for food applications. Prior to this, Anders worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Technical University of Denmark, focusing on improving glycerol utilization in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. During their time at Novo Nordisk A/S, Anders worked as a Ph.D. Student. Anders also managed the Biotech Academy Camp in 2010, where Anders organized a camp for high school students to learn about biotechnology. Anders holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Biotechnology from DTU and a Masters in Neurobiology and Genetics from the University of Arizona.
