ChromoSoul Ventures (CSV) is an integrated venture creation, commercialization, and entrepreneurship infrastructure platform designed to support the next generation of innovation-led startups and SMEs in India.

Established as an initiative of the LaxmiRamaVarma Foundation, CSV has been conceptualized not merely as a conventional incubator or accelerator, but as a long-term institution-building initiative focused on enabling:
- sustainable entrepreneurship,
- founder capability development,
- commercialization readiness,
- ecosystem integration,
- innovation-led economic growth, and
- future-ready venture creation.

CSV operates at the intersection of:
- venture creation,
- founder development,
- ecosystem orchestration,
- commercialization enablement,
- industry collaboration, and,
- institutional entrepreneurship infrastructure.

The platform has been designed to address a critical gap within the startup ecosystem: the absence of structured systems that help transform entrepreneurial intent into scalable, market-ready, execution-capable enterprises.

Accordingly, CSV is positioned as an “Integrated Venture Creation & Commercialization Platform” that combines:
- incubation,
- accelerator programs,
- founder capability enhancement,
- commercialization & global GTM support,
- academic initiatives,
- strategic partnerships,
- investor engagement,
- ecosystem development, and,
- digital community infrastructure.

CSV’s long-term vision extends beyond running startup programs.

The platform seeks to contribute toward building scalable entrepreneurship support infrastructure capable of supporting founders, startups, SMEs, institutions, and innovation ecosystems across sectors and regions.
