Chronic Trace is a brain-injury screening platform that brings objective neurological assessment out of the specialist's office and into the places head injuries actually happen, the sideline, the field, the ER, the training facility.

Running on a standard phone or tablet, Chronic Trace guides any operator, a coach, medic, athletic trainer, clinician, or researcher, through a battery of objective assessments: postural balance, oculomotor and eye-tracking, cognitive processing speed, and video-based impact review. Results roll into a composite index, are tracked against each subject's own baseline over time, and surface clear risk guidance to support return-to-play and referral decisions.

The platform is built privacy-first: subjects can be tracked fully anonymized, and every record is secured with row-level access controls and a tamper-evident audit trail, built to meet the bar for clinical, military, and research deployments.

Our mission is a standardized, portable evidence base for repetitive head trauma across the populations that conventional concussion care leaves behind.
