John Hatcher

John Hatcher is an accomplished Engineering Leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. They began their career as a Software Engineer at Pegasystems, where they contributed to agile development teams and coordinated team processes as a Scrum Master. They later held various roles at Lifion by ADP, including Principal Architect and Technical Architect, where they focused on building scalable data solutions and managing teams of developers. Currently, Hatcher works as a Director of Engineering at Teachers Pay Teachers and has also taken on roles at Chronograph. Hatcher earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Tufts University.
