Sean Houser

Sean Houser has over 12 years of professional experience in various roles. From 2005-2007, they held the role of Assistant Swim Coach at Mount Vernon Country Club, where they assisted the head coach in running practices and coordinating swim meets, maintained courteous relationships with all swim team families, and offered individual private swim lessons. From 2007-2010, they were the Head Swim Coach at Mount Vernon Country Club, where they coached a team of sixty children aged six to eighteen in the Dominion Country Club League, conducted daily practices geared toward maximizing swimmer's potential, and coordinated weekly swim meets. From 2010-2013, they were an Intern at the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms, where they assisted with compiling budget data for the current and previous fiscal years and created Excel worksheets for various office tasks. From 2013-2017, they were an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they provided daily management consulting support to military healthcare executives and their staff and managed a team of seven consultants. From 2017-2019, they were a Senior Consultant at Herren Associates. From 2019-2021, they were a Solutions Consultant at FIS, where they worked with sales to qualify and advance deals by facilitating fact-finding conversations and demonstrations of FIS' alternative investment solutions and conducted product presentations for private equity industry executives in support of sales meetings. From 2021-2022, they were a Senior Solutions Engineer at Allvue Systems, where they specialized in software for private equity managers and investors across the entire fund lifecycle and leveraged industry experience to build relationships, deliver executive presentations, and help potential clients with the diligence of front to back-office software investment across all private capital asset classes. Currently, they are a Senior Manager Client Development at Chronograph.

Sean Houser attended Lycoming College from 2006 to 2008, studying Business Administration. Sean then attended East Carolina University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Public Relations. Sean subsequently attended the University of Mississippi from 2011 to 2012, graduating with a Master of Business Administration.
