Benoît Frette

Benoit FRETTE has extensive work experience in various roles within the logistics and operations industry. Benoit started their career in 1998 as a Quality & Methods Project Manager at Chronopost, where they were responsible for overseeing quality standards and implementing new projects. After that, they served as a Hub and Depot Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Executive Vice President of Operations, where they managed regional operations, budgets, and infrastructure development. In 2016, they became the Director General in charge of operations and had an expanded responsibility. In July 2022, they were appointed as the President of Chronopost. Prior to their time at Chronopost, they worked as a Purchasing Manager at Rhône-Poulenc/Rhodia.

Benoit FRETTE attended the Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1993 to 1995, during which time they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Benoit then enrolled at the Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Maîtrise de Physico-Chimie des Matériaux. Later, from 1997 to 1998, they pursued a DESS (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in Management de la Qualité Totale at the same institution.
