Simon Harding

Simon Harding is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in alternative energy, oil, gas, power generation, nuclear, and mining sectors. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Chronos Consulting since November 2003, Simon oversees the growth of multiple business entities and manages a global workforce of over 8,000 contractors. Additionally, Simon serves as a Board Member of Chronos Workflow, which enhances business efficiency through automation technologies, and holds a shareholder position at Chronos Systems, a software development outsourcing firm catering to Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Simon was a Shareholder and Main Board Director at CVO Group, the largest recruitment company in Central and Eastern Europe, and led Chronos International as CEO, successfully turning around operations in several European countries. Prior leadership roles include Group Managing Director at an international recruitment company. Educational qualifications include an MSc from Aston Business School, an MA in History from the University of Cambridge, and attendance at the University of Oxford.
