Simon Harding

Simon Harding is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management across several sectors, including alternative energy, oil, gas, power generation, nuclear, and mining. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Chronos Consulting since November 2003, Simon oversees the growth of multiple entities and manages a global workforce of over 8,000 contractors. Simon also serves as a Board Member for Chronos Workflow, where efforts focus on automating and optimizing business processes, and holds a shareholder position at Chronos Systems, which caters to a Fortune 500 client base. Previously, Simon was a Shareholder and Main Board Director at CVO Group, the largest recruitment company in Central and Eastern Europe, and served as CEO of Chronos International, where successful turnaround strategies were implemented. Simon's academic credentials include an MSc from Aston Business School and an MA in History from the University of Cambridge, further underscored by recent studies at the University of Oxford.
