Javier L. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Javier is currently working as the Head of Value Engineering at Chronosphere since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of WW Senior Director Enterprise Solution Architecture at TIBCO from April 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining TIBCO, Javier worked at BMC Software for a significant duration. Javier served as the WW Director Innovation, Content & Architecture from April 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of WW Director Value Architects from October 2019 to April 2020, where they contributed to 180+ million USD in pipeline by conducting design thinking workshops and evaluating marketing potential.

Javier also held the position of WW Sr. Manager Value Architects at BMC Software from January 2017 to October 2019, where they provided support to Star and Tier 1 accounts, increasing the close rate by 15% and contributing 120+ million USD to the sales pipeline through value architecture-based workshops.

Before that, they worked as the Senior Value Engineer Manager for LATAM at BMC Software from January 2016 to December 2016, where they increased the deal close rate by 75% by presenting proposals with focused solutions and contributed to 50+ million USD in sales deals.

Javier L. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Cybernetics from Universidad La Salle, A.C. between 1996 and 2000. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. In November 2017, they became IT4IT Foundation certified from The Open Group. Furthermore, in July 2020, they received the AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native Certificate from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Most recently, in October 2021, they obtained the Section4 Certified Platform Strategist certification from Section4.
