Kim Moore is the Founder and Managing Partner at U & I, where efforts are focused on creating a new model for supporting and investing in private companies. Additionally, Kim serves as an Investor and Advisor at several firms, including Orchid Security, Protect AI, and Panther, all of which focus on innovative security solutions. Kim is also an Investor at Axis, Chronosphere, Drata, When Insurance, KarmaCheck, and Cleo, contributing to diverse sectors such as payroll solutions, compliance automation, financial wellness, and support systems for working parents. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Risk and Prevention from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a PPIA Program completion at Princeton University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and Education from UC Irvine.
