Colin Koach

Colin Koach is an accomplished professional in organizational and employee development, currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Chronus since June 2024, following the acquisition of Imperative, where Colin held the same title from February 2022 to July 2024. Colin's background includes significant leadership roles, such as Organizational Development Manager for the City of Boise and founding team member at Wayfinding Academy, where innovative educational approaches were developed. Previous experience also encompasses customer success management at Imperative, training coordination at the City of Boise, and leadership roles at the YMCA of Greater Seattle. Colin holds a B.A. in International Political Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
