Monique Wigmans has over two decades of experience in human resources and personnel management. Currently serving as Personeelsfunctionaris at Chrysal International BV since February 2000, responsibilities include recruitment and selection of both permanent and temporary staff, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, providing absence guidance, acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries, processing payroll administration changes, overseeing operational fleet management, serving as a key user of the online HR system, and organizing company events. Previously, Monique held positions as a Sales Representative at Manpower Nederland and as a Pension Employee in the corporate market at Delta Lloyd. Monique received education from Hogeschool Holland and completed an intermediate Spanish course at Don Quijote Barcelona.
