Chrysalis partners with leaders and teams who are ready to do the deeper work — to find their authentic approach, articulate what matters, and build the legacy they're here to leave.

Chrysalis gives them that space. We hold the space for leaders to explore their purpose. To define and experience their own journey. And to evolve into the leader they’ve always wanted to be and in a way that maximises their personal and professional potential. Chrysalis Consult is a dynamic international coaching consultancy with a passion for and commitment to personal and organisational transformation. Our key focus is partnering with current and future business leaders to explore, experience and evolve their potential and performance as they strive to create a a better tomorrow for themselves, their organisation and the world around them.

By working closely with leaders and their organisations, we partner with our clients to connect what they want to achieve with their organisations strategy, encourage self discovery and elicit client-generated solutions and strategies.

Chrysalis is the creation of Rachael Bayliss, an HR professional, passionate and qualified business coach. Rachael has 20 years of global experience working with senior and emerging leaders in Europe and Africa. She strongly believes that each person has the solutions to their own challenges and partners with them on the journey to find their authentic leadership approach, strengthening not only themselves as leaders, but their organisation as well.
