Chrysalis Psychiatry is an outpatient mental health practice based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to helping individuals navigate healing, growth, and lasting change.

The chrysalis is the transitional stage of a butterfly—protected within a strong outer shell as it undergoes transformation before emerging ready to fly. That idea is central to our work. We strive to create a space where patients can come as they are, feel safe and supported, and begin the process of confronting challenges, healing from past experiences, and moving toward who they are meant to become.

We offer a range of psychiatric services, including medication management, psychodynamic and supportive therapy, and interventional treatments such as TMS. Our approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based care, recognizing that each person’s path to healing looks different. For some, change happens quickly; for others, it takes time. We meet patients where they are and walk alongside them through that process.
