Currently our factory has a cleanroom workshop area of 20,000 sqm with 5 production lines and 210 employees. Annual production in full power to hit 7,000 tons. We are specialist supplier of film and pre-made pouches for the snack, coffee, pet food, healthcare, daily-use and chemical industries, amongst many others, including recyclable and biodegradable packaging. We can provide a variety of printing options, including Rotogravure print, Digital Print and Flexo print. We are constantly searching for new technologies and methods to add value to our clients' products.
We introduced the HP INDIGO 25K digital printing machine in early 2022, which offers true high-definition custom printing with variable imaging and the elimination of plate fees, allowing customers to print on demand and avoid inventory and obsolescence costs, offering competitively priced short to medium run-length orders. Furthermore, our digital printing produces brighter, more vivid pictures, greater highlights and gradients, and each pouch can have own code. We have the technology and ability to create eye-catching packaging that can help you outperform competition. We've successfully exported our pouch products to USA, France, Australia, Cananda, South Africa, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
