Alec Towers

Alec Towers is a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Business Partner with extensive experience in managing compensation and benefits provisions across various industries. Currently at Chubb (formerly ACE Group) since March 2015, Alec oversees the annual compensation cycle and supports multiple business lines in the UK and Europe.
