Amy Call Well

Amy Call Well is the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Chubb Group, overseeing corporate communications, global brand and marketing functions, and investor relations since October 2025. Prior to joining Chubb, Amy spent over 17 years at EY, where roles included Global Chief Communications Officer and Global Brand, Marketing & Communications Leader, managing a team of over 2,500 specialists across more than 150 countries. Additional positions at EY encompassed Principal of Global External Communications and Strategic Initiatives and Global Director of External Communications. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Communications Director at AOL, Communications Director for Senate Majority Leader William H. Frist, and Deputy Associate Director for Communications and Legislative Affairs at the White House. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Economics from Smith College.
