Amy Smythe

Amy Smythe, CAPI, currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager at Chubb, a role held since the company was acquired by ACE in August 2003. Prior to Chubb, Amy worked as Operations Manager at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company from July 2006 to April 2015, following its acquisition by ACE, and as Business Project Coordinator at GMAC Insurance from December 2001 to July 2006, where responsibilities included sales, service, underwriting, user acceptance testing, and training. Amy's career began at Fireman's Fund Direct Insurance Company from September 1998 to September 2001 on the Customer Management Team, focusing on sales, service, and underwriting. Amy holds a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance credential from The Wharton School, a Master's degree in Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University, a Property & Casualty License from the State of Missouri, and attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
