Anna Hershenberg currently serves as Senior Counsel for Global Corporate Transactions in Chubb’s Global Legal & Compliance department, where they draft and negotiate agreements and provide legal support across various business units. Prior to joining Chubb, Anna was the Senior Vice President at the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, overseeing legal affairs and advocacy initiatives. Anna's previous experience includes positions as counsel at Herrick Feinstein LLP, where they focused on complex commercial litigation, and as a judicial law clerk in the Eastern District of New York. Anna graduated summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University.
