Bill Howell

Bill Howell is the current Regional Head, Accident & Health, Asia Pacific at Chubb. Bill has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Bill started their career at AIG in July 2005 as a Vice President, Regional Manager (SEA and China), Financial Institutions and Crime, Financial Lines. Bill was promoted to Assistant Vice President in February 2016 and Senior Manager in August 2015. Bill left AIG in December 2008 to join Chubb.

At Chubb, Bill has held various positions including Financial Institutions Underwriting Manager, NSW, Financial Lines Division and UNDERWRITER, NSW, Financial Lines Division. Bill was promoted to their current position in June 2017.

Bill Howell is a highly experienced insurance professional with a proven track record in leading and managing teams. Bill is a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to achieve business objectives.

Bill Howell completed a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Law at Macquarie University.

Bill Howell reports to Glen Browne, Division President, Consumer Lines - APAC.
