Carol Chan

Carol Chan is the Head of Operations at Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited, a position they have held since 2017. They have significantly expanded the local operations team from one to approximately fifty staff, implemented cost-saving initiatives resulting in over US$1.2 million in savings, and played a critical role in digital transformation for the business. Prior to Chubb, Carol served as Head of Project Management at AXA, where they managed complex integration projects and developed strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency. They hold a Master's degree in Professional Accounting and Information Systems from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London.
