Caroline McDermott is currently the Vice President of the Western Region for Personal Risk Services at Chubb. Previously, Caroline held several roles at Chubb, including Vice President of Chubb Access and Manager of the Developing Business Unit within Personal Risk Services. Caroline's career at Chubb Insurance began as an Underwriter in Personal Lines, where they eventually became a Team Leader. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University in 2009.
