Carter Esterling possesses extensive legal and claims management experience, spanning various roles in both public and private sectors. Beginning as an Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's Office from 2005 to 2010, Carter transitioned to private practice as an Associate Attorney at Bryce Downey & Lenkov LLC from 2010 to 2012 and then served as an Associate Attorney at Nyhan Bambrick Kinzie & Lowry until 2014. Following this, Carter worked as Claims Counsel at Travelers from May 2014 to November 2022 and then as a Claims Consultant specializing in TPA Oversight at CNA Insurance until July 2025. Currently, Carter serves as Claim Director for TPA Oversight at Chubb.
