Cece Liu is the Asia Manager of IP at Chubb APAC and serves as the Life Science and Healthcare Practice Leader. With over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 12 years at Chubb, Cece has developed significant expertise in underwriting for the life sciences and healthcare sectors across Asia. Prior to joining Chubb, Cece was an Account Manager at Winterthur Insurance in Shanghai, where they engaged with international insurance programs and customer service. Cece holds a bachelor's degree in Insurance from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Consulting at Fachhochschule Furtwangen in Germany. Outside of work, Cece enjoys practicing yoga and exploring traditional Chinese tea culture.
