Charlotte Edwards is the Head of Digital Engagement & Transformation, EMEA. They began their career as an Analyst at KPMG UK from 2006 to 2008 and later worked as a Consultant at Aon until 2011. Charlotte served as a Senior Consultant at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP from 2011 to 2015 before taking on the role of Senior Risk Manager ERM at Chubb from 2016 to 2019. They then became the Head of Transformation EMEA at Chubb, a position they held until 2024.
