Dan Montgomery

Dan Montgomery, CPA, is currently the Senior Vice President Head of North America Finance Operations at Chubb, where they manage strategies to enhance customer engagement and oversee a team of 90 individuals. Previously, Dan held various leadership roles at ACE Group, including Assistant Vice President – Finance and Project Manager, focusing on financial reporting, operational efficiency, and project implementation. Dan's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President Claims at IAT Insurance Group, where they directed a team of 50 employees and drove significant improvements in claims operations and recovery initiatives. Dan earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Risk Management & Insurance from Temple University.
