Debra Lowe

Debra Lowe has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions at Chubb, including Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition, as well as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner. Debra has also served as Human Resources Manager and Practice Leader within the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Academically, Debra Lowe earned a Master of Science in Management from Saint Elizabeth University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Writing from Rutgers University.
