Diane Basa

Diane Basa is currently the AVP and Executive Claim Director at Chubb, overseeing the Accident and Health Claims Department and ensuring efficient claims processing and client satisfaction. With extensive experience in claims management, Diane has also held roles as Claims Director and Senior Auditor/Manager at AIG, and as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Prudential Financial. Prior to joining Chubb, Diane worked as a Medical Assistant and Office Manager from 2012 to 2020. Diane holds a background in Special Education and Teaching from Cumberland County College, which they pursued from 1984 to 1986.
