DJ Min is a strategic UX and team leader with extensive experience in establishing and advancing user experience design disciplines. They served as Associate Creative Director of UX at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they helped launch the organization's first UX initiative, and led cross-functional teams at Vanguard as Head of User Experience, driving product innovation and fostering an inclusive culture. Currently, DJ holds the position of AVP of User Experience at Chubb, focusing on developing compelling digital journeys, while also acting as a UX Director and Consultant for Deep Surface, providing strategic guidance for transformative digital experiences. DJ's earlier roles include leading UX initiatives at several design firms and agencies, and they earned a BS from The Ohio State University.
