Don Pedersen

Don Pedersen is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in marine claims, currently serving as AVP - Executive Director of Cargo Severity Claims at Chubb since April 2017. In this role, Don manages a team of insurance claim specialists and oversees significant multinational claim accounts. Prior positions at Chubb include Senior Director of Cargo Severity Claims and Cargo Severity Manager, where Don skillfully managed teams and third-party administrators for captive accounts. With a strong foundation in marine claims, developed during a tenure that includes roles such as Regional Team Leader and Claims Specialist, Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Management from Northeastern Illinois University.
