Dora Lam

Dora Lam currently serves in the role of Distribution Quality and Excellence at 安達 since April 2025. Prior to this position, Dora held the title of Director, Distribution Quality Assurance at 永明金融 from October 2017 to April 2025. Dora's experience also includes serving as Head of Agency Business Solution at Chubb Life from June 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities included driving agency transformation programs. From September 2011 to June 2016, Dora worked as Director, Agency Quality & Monitoring at Sun Life Hong Kong, managing risk-related matters and auditing issues. Additionally, Dora held positions as Sales Support Manager at AXA China Region Insurance HK Ltd in 2010-2011 and Training Manager at AIA from 2008 to 2011. Education includes a Master's degree in Finance from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
