Eric Fernandes

Eric Fernandes is an experienced professional in the fields of underwriter, geology, and real estate. Currently serving as an Executive Underwriter at Chubb since June 2022, Eric has also held the position of Senior Underwriter. With a strong foundation in environmental underwriting from Berkley Environmental and Great American Insurance Group, Eric has worked extensively on projects related to residential services as a Licensed Realtor at HomeSmart International and Keller Williams Real Estate. Eric's earlier experience includes significant roles at Black & Veatch as a Geologist, where responsibilities involved environmental assessments, geotechnical investigations, and CAD/GIS support. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics from Purdue University and has a Spanish minor.
